Sub-processors

Lumauna uses the following sub-processors to deliver the service. LLM and voice providers are opt-in per tenant in Settings → LLM.

Objecting to a sub-processor
Tenants who object to a newly-added sub-processor have 30 days to terminate the contract for convenience and receive a pro-rata refund for the remainder of the billing period.
